其實我也沒很認真的去想翻譯的問題，
我只想說他大概就是指我"穿"太多不必要的責任吧(我有時的確是這樣..)！
經你一問，我才認真的去找翻譯 Wear down的意思。
就是「讓太多的責任磨損掉自己」。
